    As a Learning Strategist for Global Talent Management, my two primary focuses are Leadership Development and Global Onboarding Strategy. Our Coaching program is my primary responsibility within Leadership Development. Coaching can enable our leaders to have better conversations with their teams (and their peers). With Onboarding, my focus has been to take the program from a one-day, in-person event to a global, multilayer, curated experience. All the strategies within Global Talent Management are founded in adult learning methodologies. Currently, I co-lead the development facet of the Gender Equity Team (GET).
