Create project folios and one-pagers, reports, web graphics, maps, website design, infographics and data visualization, comprehensive legislative materials and other visuals to enhance WSDOT’s ability to communicate and visually plain talk complicated transportation projects that impact the traveling public. Develop and update designs, layouts, and branding for agency communication efforts. Perform video production assistance, editing and voiceover functions for digital/electronic media. Conceive and create graphic illustrations and manipulates photos to be converted into formats used for print, web and social media. Conceived, created and implemented original website and application user interface designs for agency partners. Developed HTML prototypes and UI deliverables, such as wireframes, flowcharts, screen mock-ups, and interface design specifications. Coded, tested and implemented components of websites for usability based on agency business rules. Worked to establish, manage and enforce web content and standards in support of agency branding, goals and policies.Provided website development, planning and technical support for WSDOT.

Designed Graphic User Interfaces (GUIs) and navigation guidelines for Technology-based Training Applications (TBTs). Managed multimedia teams in PS v8.0 and SAP TBT implementations. Used instructional design methods in the development and implementation of overall “look and feel” for multimedia training projects, including character design and illustrations for computer based and web based training. Coordinated scriptwriters and programmers. Developed End User manuals, Quick Reference Guides and marketing materials.
