Ensure system security, database integrity and configuration management is maintained. Optimized NALCOMIS OMA shall utilize two-way data replication as preferred means of data movement between Optimized NALCOMIS OMA activities and Naval Aviation Logistics Data Analysis for Configuration changes, Technical Directives, Work Orders and Flight Documents.

Performs all maintenance as it relates to OOMA (Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity) to include all system database functions. Ensures all baseline changes and system modifications are up-to-date. Identifies database deficiencies and submits Baseline Trouble Reports to Baseline Manager. Identifies system/user issues and submits trouble tickets (SMTS) to SPAWARS. Provides on-site expertise to resolve system and functional issues to ensure consistent and accurate operations. Maintains system security and grants access to users consistent with their job description. Complies and analyzes records and production reports.Reviews production objectives, deadlines and all work orders to determine priorities. Provide statistical analysis of reliability, maintainability, failure, engineering and logistics data related to components in technical and analytical reports used in engineering and logistics support management. Inputs data regarding work order information, aircraft/equipment status changes, supply updates and other pertinent information utilizing OOMA. Compiles material inventory records and prepares requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies as it relates to production. Monitors all work orders and prepares maintenance request for units. Maintains training program for site in regards to data accuracy.

Maintenance Logistics Analyst I for the T700 and H53 Platforms in support of NAVAIR Fleet Support Team (FST), Cherry Point. Researched data as it relates to Dynamic Component Tracking Program (DYCOMTRAK/ECOMTRAK). DYCOMTRAK/ECOMTRAK is a decision support system designed to provide information needed in projecting aircraft and engine logistics. Utilized Periodic Maintenance Information Cards (PIMC) to properly place component/sub-component family structure in ranking order. Verified and validated all-source data for accuracy and applicability prior to submission into the COMTRAK database. Built up all Assemblies, Modules, Aircrafts and Engines in NAVAIR’s COMTRAK database. Utilized DECKPLATE/DECKETR, Army Data Base (TAMMSA), CMIS, NAVAIR 4790.2B, and historical records to perform research on data for User Activities (Fleet/Depot) associated with lost, incorrect or otherwise unavailable information on T700 engines and H53 Aircraft. Screened CMIS reports to validate all components have not reached life limits to ensure no safety issues occurred. Screened Monthly Flight Summaries and Engine Equipment Operating Records (EOR) for accuracy. Screen Organizational Maintenance Activity (OMA) Monthly Flight Summaries and Organizational Maintenance Activity (OMA) Engine Equipment Operating Records (EOR) for accuracy. Made corrections to DECKETR if (OMA) EOR’s did not match. Maintained an extensive paper archive of aircraft Monthly Flight Summaries, engine Equipment Operating Records (EOR) and maintenance histories on Module Service Records (MSR), Assembly Service Record (ASR), Scheduled Removal Component (SRC), and Equipment History Record (EHR) cards.

Managed, built, and troubleshot company maintenance tracking database of over 30 UH-1N, UH-1Y, and AH-1W aircraft, T64 and T700 Aircraft Engines. Provided monthly and weekly training to maintenance personnel on Nalcomis OOMA administrative maintenance documentation in accordance with naval regulations and instructions. Conducted baseline changes for all assets using the Naval Air Naval Aviation Technical Data and Engineering Service Command Center website. Built, setup, and managed Microsoft Windows server for use on squadron detachments. Created ad hoc queries to obtain all requested maintenance information from senior supervisors.
