In 2023, as a way to give back to my community and get outdoors more often, I started my journey as a volunteer outdoor leader and adventure coach at Flowstate. In that short period of time, I've helped over 100 disadvantaged and at-risk youth between Parachute and Glenwood Springs to experience the joy, excitement, and camaraderie of mountain biking.
