The company employs over 700 scientists and consultants across the globe.Eric served as Chief Financial Officer for Evidera and was responsible for the largest financial turnaround in the company's history in 2021. Eric's responsibilities at PPD were expanded to also include oversight of the Medical Communications group as well as the Office of the Chief Medical Officer.

Walmart operates 10,500 stores around the globe in 19 countries to help people save money and live better.Eric served as Senior Director II, Finance & Strategy and was responsible for leading Walmart's finance transformation across the Services & Digital Acceleration group. He was accountable for all FP&A functions, Decision Support, and Strategy/Analytics. He was a champion of leveraging data, science, and advanced visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx to drive actions that align with strategic initiatives. Previously, Eric was responsible for providing direct support to the Chief Marketing Officer where he provided financial reporting, return on investment analysis, and strategic guidance regarding the optimization of contracts which resulted in significant savings and eliminated non-value added marketing services.

Sam’s Club is a $86B membership-only warehouse club that also operates SamsClub.com as part of its integrated omni-channel offering.Eric served as CFO of SamsClub.com and previously served as Senior Director II, Finance & Strategy supporting Operations, Omni-Channel, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Transportation.Eric joined Sam's Club in 2008 as Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and was responsible for building out the entire FP&A function for the company including all forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and long-range planning initiatives. He was also accountable for board of directors presentations.

Michael’s Stores is a $5B specialty retailer of arts & crafts with 1,200 stores across North America and is the largest retailer dedicated to providing home décor, seasonal, framing, and paper crafting for the do-it-yourself hobbyist and home decorator.Eric served as Director Store Operations & Financial Planning at Aaron Brothers, a subsidiary of Michael's and had full P&L and operational responsibility for 167 stores including 1,000 associates. During his tenure additional responsibility was added to include all store level budgeting and forecasting. Michael's was both a publicly traded company and a private equity owned portfolio company by lead investors Bain Capital and Blackstone.
