CurrentProvide leadership specific to the growth of tennis in Texas to historically excluded and underrepresented populations.-Collaborate across staff departments, Committees and the Board of Directors to incorporate diversity and inclusion into policies, procedures and initiatives. -Provide guidance on all marketing and communications efforts to promote cultural holidays and observances. -Build and/or strengthen partnerships with community and tennis leaders statewide. -Acted as Project Manager for an initiative with the Section’s top decision-makers aimed at racially diversifying the organization’s volunteer leadership.-Organizer and facilitator of diversity, equity and inclusion educational sessions for hundreds of Section staff members, volunteers, Community Tennis Associations, and other stakeholders.-Utilize professional network and other sources to promote job openings to racially diverse audiences. -Provide advisory support to the volunteer leadership of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Black Engagement, Asian American, Hispanic Engagement and LGBTQ Committees.
