My role within the Office of the Registrar has evolved significantly over time, with my current day to day consisting of providing escalated assistance to students, faculty, and staff on campus to resolve support cases as well as collaborating with other Enrollment and Records Services staff on projects. Lately, these projects consist of analyzing data collected from interactions with campus stakeholders in an effort to streamline student records processing and reduce the potential for human error. I assist in the training and onboarding of new student employees as well as keeping existing student employees up to date on updates to both federal and university policies and procedures as they arise.

I work to increase engagement between students and the school through various social media platforms. As an institution we are continuously looking for new technology for students to utilize so I am frequently using new websites and mobile apps to gauge how helpful and useful other students might find them. Additionally, I assist in occasional data entry and analysis to improve features of both our website as well as some internal systems.

Along with my duties as a courier I'm also responsible for maintaining our client database to ensure details on the physical files are up to date. I also manage our marketing and our website through coordination with vendors.
