• Process all purchase orders for raw materials across several company departments.• Track all purchases to ensure on time delivery, receipt into inventory, and accurate invoicing.• Maintain overall organization of the enterprise resource planning software system.

• Daily communication with overseas fabric and trim mills to ensure delivery deadlines are being met and address any potential quality issues for both samples and production.• Negotiate raw material lead times, MOQs, and costs to achieve target margins.• Work cross-functionally with management and the product development team to find creative and cost effective solutions for any issues or delays that arise.• Create a capacity plan for sewing facilities and raw materials prior to each season.• Track, organize, and approve all shipping strike-offs prior to placing bulk production orders.• Ensure on-time deliveries of all samples and an average of 40k finished goods per season.• Create and issue all purchase orders and cut tickets for both samples and production.• Maintain overall organization of AIMS 360 (Enterprise Resource Planning software), including building all styles and bill of materials.• Build and maintain positive relationships with all textile mills and sewing facilities.• Help plan and organize a Line Review meeting prior to each season to ensure a smooth transition between design/development and production.• Travel to cutting/sewing facilities in Los Angeles, San Fransisco, Las Vegas, and New York when necessary.• Manage quality control of all samples and production through accurate specing and upholding all standard operating procedures.• Coordinate fittings with the pattern maker and manage the production of all development samples including visual, fit, size set, and sew-by samples.• Ensure all pattern and fit information is clearly communicated to the sewing facilities.• Keep all development samples organized to ensure a smooth transition into production.• Prepare all technical information and trims needed for the sewing facilities.
