Stories that heal, inspire, and connect communities.This collection of personal narratives amplifies and highlights the voices of Latinx/e social workers healing leading and inspiring while sharing their challenges and successes of navigating their careers. We are a collective of over 50 leaders that are connected to over 20k social workers. Together, we present on panels and workshops on topics our narratives highlight; identity, cultural assimilation, trauma, micro aggressions, mental health, social justice, systemic oppression, and beyond. We are industry leaders that support organizations DEI initiatives and conduct trainings and workshops to better serve our Hispanic community. We nurture, encourage and amplify students, future social workers and current socila works while navigating their career. We are open to speaking engagements.

As current President of the Board Of Directors, I am focused on creating space for all our volunteer leaders, members, and non-members to join in bold conversations to address social equity, social justice, social privilege, while collaborating in implementing programs to help build a multi-cultural, anti-racist movement for social change.

Post First Year Fellow and Clinical therapist delivering long term individual psycho-dynamically (insight oriented) psycho-therapy to a highly diverse range of patients with depression, anxiety, self-harm, acculturation, disordered eating, sexual identity, PTSD, and personality disorders.

A well-seasoned and savvy thought-leader with progressive and extensive diversified experience leading and growing local, regional and national nonprofit organizations through top-rate strategic and operational planning; fundraising/donor development; program/service delivery and external relations within key stakeholders – consisting of regional boards, community leaders, volunteers, corporate partners, and the media.

Support all relations within Medical, Community and Volunteers interested in being involved with granting life changing wishes to kids with critical illnesses. Over sees Community Councils in five boroughs and Medical Advisory Council for organization.

Responsible for high level management and oversight of strategic business development and referral growth initiatives, as well as furthering the visibility of community engagement activities. Conducts annual stakeholder satisfaction surveys, and helps in the engagement of diverse families as potential ambassadors. Utilizing strong ama benny skills and interpersonal relationships skills to support the chapter in developing further partnerships within intended service population representatives in all three regions, with a key focus in the Latino Market in Metro New York.
