About Erica Robertson, Pmp

In my career I have Worked in Retail, sales, Category Management, Customer Service, Logistics and Supply Chain. Somewhere along the way, I realized that my true passion was Project Management – in particular, managing complex ERP implementations. I cut my PM teeth on an AS400 implementation, then followed it up with a North American SAP implementation in which I managed the MM/PP, SD and BW projects for the Canadian division. Next, I led the Microsoft Dynamics Nav implementation for a major Canadian retailer, delivering the project on time and on budget.I am not the type of Project Manager that just puts the Project Plan together and tells other people to do the work. I like to roll up my sleeves and learn everything about the organization including the “As Is” processes and the business and department goals. I leverage my years of business experience to help organizations transform their processes to adapt to the new system and drive efficiency and automation. Most importantly, I bring my passion for data integrity to the table, ensuring item master and inventory accuracy are a top priority for everyone that works on the project.I enjoy building a cohesive, collaborative team that works towards a common goal – delivering a best in class ERP system that helps move organizations forward and drives increased profitability.
