Sea Swag Custom Boat Bedding is a Canadian company that specializes in custom mattresses, toppers, bedding and accessories for boats. We work with clients to help them select a mattress customized to their exact sleep preferences and to design custom bedding that perfectly fits the unique shape of their beds.

I supported the clinic owners in setting up a new medical clinic focused on providing care to patients with complex medical conditions including long Covid. Key areas of responsibility included:- Researching all licensing and government requirements in the state, generating a launch checklist and ensuring the clinic was compliant- Establishing the chart of accounts and building out business processes associated with accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking- Designing and issuing all financial reports on a monthly basis- Establishing and managing payroll using Gusto

As Project Manager, I supported the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, replacing Finance, Operations, OMS & POS.

Represented Universal Studios in Partnerships Group with other major studios. •Developed Executive POS reporting templates, scorecard review methodologies and replenishment models using Retail Link, Business Objects and Excel. Achieved sales growth in excess of 120% at Walmart in first year following implementation.
