As a Senior Manager at PwC, I lead the change and communication strategy for the Assurance Acceleration Centers, a global network of teams that deliver innovative solutions to complex business challenges. I collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and clients to design and implement effective communication plans that align with the vision, goals, and culture of the Assurance Acceleration Centers. I also manage the communication risks and opportunities associated with the Assurance Acceleration Centers' transformation and growth.I have a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from DePaul University, where I learned how to apply communication theories and practices to various organizational contexts and scenarios. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and Leadership from the same university. Before joining PwC, I worked at UL, a public safety company, where I was the Strategic Initiatives Lead and the Senior Internal Communications Specialist. I developed and executed innovative communication tools and campaigns to engage and inform the global field engineering team, and supported various strategic projects and initiatives across the organization. I have multiple certifications in crisis communication, reputation risk management, and communication in times of change. I am skilled in strategy, change management, goal setting, business risk, active listening, research, Microsoft Excel, and leadership. I am passionate about creating a positive and lasting impact through communication.
