I manage employees across two locations in Wroclaw with a focus on quality of execution and providing a great workplace for my team. My responsibilities include- Accountability for execution and management within Infusion's primary local client engagement. - Ensuring client expectations are met throughout the sales process and the overall execution.- Driving innovation with customers to differentiate Infusion’s value proposition.- Overseeing Infusion's newly built Wroclaw office.- Building out Infusion's project delivery capability in Wroclaw.

I currently manage 25 employees and aim to provide a great workplace through culture building, mentorship, conducting performance reviews and providing opportunities for career growth. I am responsible for Infusion's primary client relationship in Wroclaw and am involved in both recruiting and resourcing for our local projects.From a project delivery perspective, I focus on promoting best practices, providing training opportunities, and establishing effective communication within distributed teams.

I have been with Infusion since 2007, starting in New York and Toronto before joining the team in London. I have worked on a wide variety of projects and technologies, and particularly enjoyed being a Team Lead for a business-critical application at one of our financial services clients.

Project lead for an Excel extension used by the global Equities trading business.In my position at Citi, I gained a working knowledge of Equities markets and experience building software for the financial services industry.

Analyzed improving end-user experience, including prototyping a server-based informational Toast system. Designed and implemented new web-driven Content Acquisition Mechanism for use by NeoEdge partners.

Created a proof-of-concept proprietary AJAX framework to support code-free development of web applications using NeoEdge technologies. Developed numerous Windows-based utilities to enhance the NeoEdge user experience.

Requirements and implementation strategy analysis for a new corporate Intranet based on Microsoft SharePoint and CMS. Implemented content management and archiving tools to support Intranet migration.
