JoyCorps Studio works with non-profits and organisations tackling social challenges to design programs (or think through existing program design) by facilitating a process of design thinking and systems practice. I help deploy the projects, conduct interviews, analyse and organise data and plan workshops

Helped pilot an online program for idea/early stage entrepreneurs that ran for 5 months. Helped build a strong recruiting process that was then implemented in other programs. Also played the role of a facilitator for the cohort during program.Started working with JoyCorps Studio team in September. Did a systems practice course through Acumen and applied it to a project to understand the complexities of bonded labour in the brick kiln industry in Bihar and potential areas for innovation.

Came on to help measure impact for the flagship Fellowship program. Developed an assessment to help entrepreneurs self measure their redemptive impact.

I take up short-term data projects for non-profits and organisations. Some of the projects I've worked on have been analysing and visualising data for organisations like Space2Grow and Sanjog India along with a report for Pratigya Campaign for Gender Equality and Safe Abortions and an artilce published on LiveLaw.in on the Access to High Courts during Covid.

-Created grant specific utility reports for existing donors and proposals for potential donors for the skills@school programme-Assisted with general M&E training, quantitative data analysis and documentation for the Project Resume programme.-Assisted with the set up of logistical processes and conducting preliminary analysis of feasibility study for the eventual role out of longitudinal health with Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health.

Reporting - Ensured quality and accuracy in data collection and reporting across different teams. Also helped manage, maintain and update regularly large databases from various sources. Created analytical reports for top management and various donors to help evaluate effectiveness of programmesSystem development - Assisted with building and implementing an in-house, cloud-based data management system using pre-existing manual frameworks. Was also responsible for conducting trainings on system usage and feedback collection for effective functionality of the system. Process streamline and improvement - Developed frameworks to increase data accuracy and usage which also helped with reporting. Conducted reviews and quality checks of various kinds of processes and data; and further helped create and expand SOPs for both efficient internal process and easy understanding for external stakeholders.
