Safety trainings, safety culture and TPM ESH pilar leader of the plant, ensuring that continuous improvement culture is being applied on entire plant. Responsible for the Sustainability KPI´s of the plant as well as their management.

• Coordination of QC and QA teams - Jundiaí Plant - 15 people.• Management of laboratory stock shares, budget, capex and routine, such as sampling plan, sample volume tracking and problem diagnosis.• Non-Conformities Management with customers, through visits focused on problem solving and negotiation for closing partnerships, in addition to validation jointly with the Technical Assistance team.• Management of audit plan in JUBR (ISO, Customers and Regulatory Bodies), in addition to organizing documents and evidence. • Strategic focus on process automation and improvements.• Supplier management and support structure to analyze and investigate any problems regarding raw materials.• Scorecard report for Plant Director and LATAM Quality Director.Main Results: • Implementation of Test Results Automation Project via Power BI, expanding the systemic view and streamlining the forwarding of information to the process sector. • Project implementation to automate the analysis certificates issuance, generating process reliability and agility in product release.

• Coordination of 3 Quality Control laboratories, related to the Brazilian structure (Jundiaí, Charqueada and Marialva), budget control, new facilities, equipment and reengineering projects. • Coordination of actions in the R&D and Product Safety areas. • Strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and launch of new products related to Marketing. • Continuous improvement in formulas, training and objectives jointly with the Research Directorate in Italy (greenlab), multiplying knowledge for all laboratory teams. • Implementation of methods standardization and new technologies in integration with corporate quality and research teams (Italy). • In charge Technique of factories in Brazil - CRQ.Main Results:• Working alongside Engineering and Production teams to evaluate construction projects and implementation of new lines (start-up), reducing dosing problems and contamination. • About 10 employees, team development with incentive to study and to interact with teams from the Italian head office.

• Management of objectives/goals, risks and opportunities and implementation of ISO 2015 standards for office (corporate) and Lanxess plant in Brazil. • Critical analysis meetings with senior management and sectorial Coordinators for QMS actions.• In charge of licensing (CETESB, Police, etc) and HSEQ actions (MSDS's and Labels). • Management of internal and external audits.• Reporting to the QHSE Management, performing activities equivalent to the management systems analyst. Main Results: • Implementation of a cloud documentation system project, implementation of new versions of ISO 9001 and 14001:2015 standards and licensing analysis project for opening and/or closing production units.

• Development of automotive paints for original OEM system - bodywork and plastic parts - for customers representing Japanese industries. • Improvements in resin replacement formulas or performance, in line with customer requirements. • Investigation jointly with QC team using quality tools (DOE, Six Sigma, DMAIC, FMEA, 5W2H).Main Results: • Testing with new raw materials, reducing costs by 25% and increasing performance with formula improvements.
