My career in the high-energy worlds of fintech wealth management was more than a job. It was a masterclass in leadership and balancing strength with grace. At SparkPath Consulting, I combine strategic acumen with empathetic leadership to drive impactful business changes.After two decades of working with senior corporate leaders, I was inspired to launch a companion initiative—SparkPath Guidance—from a desire to evolve the "hustle" culture that dominates so many workplaces. Motivated by the burnout epidemic and a call to help women leaders move towards balance, I lead workshops and other organizational programs focused on creating a corporate revolution in leadership for women. By integrating my insights in business consulting with my soulful self-discovery, I've created a unique approach that empowers women leaders to embrace their authentic selves.
