StellaBella is the home & food lifestyle blog project started by Erica Stella. Originally conceived as an inspiration board of stories, images and documented projects; StellaBella also provides the following services:- home/office organization- space planning- decorating tips- room re-vamps- design on a dime- moving needsConsultations are complimentary, fun and a learning experience. - Manage grant application submissions for New Scholar and Senior Scholar Award Programs- Track progress for both of the Foundation's Scholar Award cycles- Work closely with Executive Director in preparation for Scientific Advisory Board, Review Groups, and additional Foundation-initiated workshops and meetings- Manage conference and workshop funding program, and all New York administrative operations- Coordinated office move and renovations with architect and contractors

● Administered all aspects of the Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellowship (SRF) Program, awarding $6.3MM annually● Knowledge of SRF Program and its history aided in the ability to administer tasks while maintaining its integrity and staying within an administrative budget● Annually hosted and supported 24 distinguished professors to judge 700+ potential nominees in 8 scientific fields; corresponding regarded travel, calendar, expenses/reimbursements, etc. ● Initiated growth of SRF program; outreach to smaller universities and increased program promotion ● Utilized and updated customized database to track incoming material through lifecycle of award process● Collaborated on creation of Access database; later integrated to a larger grants management database (GIFTS)● Liaison for Foundation with external organizations, universities, institutes and individuals● Awarded an Honorary Sloan Research Fellow, for my dedicated service and commitment to the program

● Responsible for entering no-cost grant extensions, transfers, financial and substantive reports into the grants management database (GIFTS)● Managed all Foundation contracts and grants; responsible for both pre- and post-award management ● Processed all Foundation Trustee, Officer and Authorization grant letters, contracts and general conditions● Identified and verified tax status of all prospective grantees● Contacted grantees and generated correspondences for all contracts, agreements, transfers, extensions, and reporting

•Responsible for the maintenance and communication to all staff regarding Foundation calendar, changes and updates•General Office duties; covered administrative vacation schedule and assist in all reception duties
