Erica has over 25 years of experience as a CA, serving public sector, not-for-profit organizations and owner-managed businesses. Her expertise includes work with various community associations, charitable organizations, hospitals, pension plans, for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare service providers. She works closely with a range of government not-for-profits to ensure smooth transitions to PSAB standards, and advises her NPO clients on compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
