Erica is a published book author, has published over a dozen scientific papers in prestigious peer-reviewed journals, and has presented at numerous scientific conferences. She has focused her research on neuroscience, such as how exposure to nature can improve mental health, at institutions such as Stanford University, UC Berkeley, and UCSF.
