Human Resources Recruiter
Current• Full cycle recruiting, which includes posting jobs, sourcing for candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and managing interview schedules• Lead and manage meetings with cross-functional department managers to provide updates on the recruitment progress • Collaborate with hiring managers to review business objectives, and challenges to determine appropriate candidates• Use Workday to track and transition candidates through the recruitment process• Utilize cost effective and unique hiring methods to fill open requisitions efficiently • Complete reference and background checks; manage offer process to ensure a smooth on-boarding for new hires• Record keeping by tracking pre-screened candidates in tracking folder and Workday
