Human Resources Recruiter
Current- Full cycle recruiting, which includes posting jobs, sourcing for candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and managing interview schedules
- Lead and manage meetings with cross-functional department managers to provide updates on the recruitment progress
- Collaborate with hiring managers to review business objectives, and challenges to determine appropriate candidates
- Use Workday to track and transition candidates through the recruitment process
- Utilize cost effective and unique hiring methods to fill open requisitions efficiently
- Complete reference and background checks; manage offer process to ensure a smooth on-boarding for new hires
