My name is Erica Tubens and I am passionate about all things leadership! I am eager to grow within a Human Resources team that values internal growth and support as I do. As a former teacher, I've developed experience in teaching little ones, collaborating with families/caregivers, and coaching other educators when giving the best possible academic experience to children. Later, I developed an interest in teaching, collaborating, and coaching within a corporate environment through retail. Since then, I have supported hundreds of families in the 10+ years as an educator, 5+ years in learning the "in's and out's" of what it takes to build a small business and grow a million-dollar company, all while earning my Bachelors of Science in Educational Studies at Grand Canyon University. With my "anything is possible" attitude, and my eagerness to exceed goals, I am excited to see what challenges lie ahead. Let's inspire and connect!
