• Train (external customers and internal employees) in the proper use of SoftPro's various software products for beginner to advanced users located throughout the U.S.• Consult existing users and recommend improvements and/or upgrades.• Field customer support calls regarding computer software operation to resolve problems.• Conduct sales demonstrations for prospects and existing customers and field questions regarding the software's capabilities.• Prepare and develop training manuals and job aides/handouts for customers.• Prepare, develop and oversee internal training material for new employees, as well as conduct the training.• Responsible for preparing and training the 2009 RESPA regulations (GFE-HUD-1) and the CFPB RESPA/TILA Integration (TRID - October 2015) for internal employees and existing customers.
