• Assign items to relevant website categories and refinements, ensuring seamless navigation for customers.• Assign merchandise cross-sells to items and regularly check top-selling items and high-traffic products to optimize cross-sells.• Perform audits for each print catalog to ensure that all items are available on the web and their presentation matches print versions.• Maintain category sorts and boost/bury rules using Hawksearch for optimal website organization.• Coordinate with the creative department for any web image retouching requests or missing images.• Assist in optimizing on-site search by creating custom category pages, targeted sort campaigns, various A/B testing scenarios, coordinating banner content, and product spotlights for both category and search results pages.• Help coordinate and schedule featured content for on-site promotions, homepage stories, email product features, and mobile content in collaboration with various company departments.• Support web-only product introductions and tasks related to drop-ship products.• Assist with product-related reporting tasks and projects, providing crucial data for strategic decision-making.• Help manage marketplace product content, images, and marketing and promotional efforts.• Perform other assigned duties on an ad hoc basis.
