Erica joined Price Modern in 2021 as the Director of Senior Living, Multi-Family Housing & Hospitality. She has overseen large commercial interior design projects thoughout the US and has collaborated with some of the largest developers and A&D companies in the region. Erica is passionate about commercial furniture and is in constant pursuit of the latest trends and innovations in the market and considered a subject matter expert. She is a client-focused, results oriented manager that can lead a team in exceeding client’s expectations with respect to design, budget, quality and schedule. Erica has worked with some of the most demanding clients and deadlines and thrives in a fast paced challenging environment. Erica began her career in FF&E procurement as a Project Manager in 2015 and later overseeing a large team of project managers as the Director of Purchasing from 2018 to 2020. Prior to discovering her love for furniture and design, she spent 9 years at Legg Mason Capital Management leaving as an AVP of Marketing. Erica holds a MBA from Loyola University and BA from the University of Delaware and lives in Severna Park, MD.
