With nearly 30 years of experience in the field of design and construction, Erica has a broad range of experience in a variety of building types: Single-Family and Multi-Family Residential, Mixed-use, Retail, Commercial Offices, Libraries, Community Centers, and Historic Preservation. Additionally, she has 3 years of hands on construction experience, including acting as General Contractor. This practical experience works hand-in-hand with her designs as she develops ideas that work.Erica is a Registered Architect in British Columbia AIBC and California CAB. She is NCARB Certified (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards), as well as a member of the RAIC (Royal Architectural Institute of Canada) and the AIA (American Institute of Architects). She is a Certified Passive House Designer, and a member of the CaGBC (Canadian Green Building Council), Passive House Canada, and HAVAN (Home Builders Association Vancouver). She has a Diploma of Building Technology from BCIT (BC Institute of Technology), and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon.Meticulously detailed and unafraid to tackle complex problems, Erica's strong technical skills complement a solid design background as she approaches each project. She has designed and managed projects in British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, California, and Utah. She now lives and works in North Vancouver, B.C.
