As the Director of Student Affairs, I work with fellow Trojans to enhance the Marshall Experience. Within this, I co-led the Marshall Core Curriculum Project which was presented to USC Admin. I was also an associate member of the Marshall Actions project focused on improving Marshall Study Sessions.

Attend speaker events, workshops, and paneling events with Business Tech associates to learn new industry insights.

Created an efficient and stronger communication network between students and clubs by building social networking programs and increasing accessibility to technology; Generated a higher participation rate in different organizationsManaged educational and CTSO programs by organizing, documenting, and communicating with students and staff.

Organized school functions while partnering with the community and school district to give back. Doubled community events from previous years with the addition of Holiday Heros, Adopt-a-Family, and the Baile. Created an efficient and productive way to schedule events and record documents in the Senate Archive.

Generated a recruitment drive and program which increased chapter membership by over 200%.Improved participation in the BAA(Business Achievement Award) Program, Champion Chapter Program, and Peak Award Program by executing chapter social events, study nights, guest speaker appearances, community service projects, and more.Competed in several business events including Hospitality and Event Management, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Leadership; Placed in Top 3 at State Competitions and was a National competitor for two years.
