Started as a Property Manager of a new 600+ unit Residential Condominium development in Vaughan and was eventually promoted to Director of Operations of the Residential and Commercial Condominium Property Management arm of The Liberty Development Group. The commercial properties included Commerce Gate, Jubilee Square, Liberty Square and 7171 Yonge Street. The Residential portfolio included several detached homes and all newly built Condominiums by Liberty Development in the GTA. Also managed other new properties slated for redevelopment and dealt with the Town of Markham and the City of Vaughan. Managed the three Property Managers and Administration staff and was involved with the approval process for Operating and Capital Budgets, tendering and approval of trade contracts and the hiring of staff. Provided input for the design of new condominium buildings. Also reviewed commercial leases for premises owned by the developer to ensure accuracy and completeness and leasehold improvement plans and signage to ensure compliance.
