Erica is a Senior Assistant with over six years of experience in international development with a focus on gender norms and young women and girls. In her current role as Senior Assistant, she supports cross-cutting initiatives in the Gender Equality Division through project management, executive support, and event planning in support of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation partners and teams. In her time at the foundation, Erica has directed global events and managed learning trips for executive leadership. She supports the business operations of the Gender Norms Learning agenda team and leads learning and development for the Assistant community. Prior to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Erica worked at Tableau as a Recruiting Coordinator overseeing candidate experience, coordinating travel, and supporting recruitment outreach.
