Take responsible as a replenish analyst in US/Canada market, handling about 200 replenishment products' business operation for US / Canada markets, annual sales volume $21 million, processing with inventory fulfilment, supplier planning, etc. Achieving positive feedback during COVID-19 inventory fulfilling risks, responsible Canada Home categories’ sales increased by 31% YTD.3. Travel management. Facilitate with team traveling annual plan, optimize budget allocation; assistant with travel processing for domestic and international trips, sourcing buy trip/Finalization support as required, detail processing including Visa/transportation/accommodation/schedule coordination, TRF application etc.4. Administrative and secretarial supports: scheduling meeting/appointment/workshop, managing calendar, daily operations. Establish Engagement and Development Committee over 2 years, leading 13 team members, launched 7 workshops, 4 engagement activities, overall 25 times training/sharing/activity sessions, served over 800 participants. To increase team cohesion, accelerate team development, build platform/channels for more individuals' interactions, organized team training/workshop/activities.5. Project facilitating, according to team project timeline (supply planning/order predictability, lead time management, etc), tracking with project updates or status to fulfill team needs.
