Prepare for the biggest innovation in email marketing, lead generation, B2B analytics and automation since 2011. Update August June 2018: Our experience has led us to restructure the offerings of GuessBox. We work on providing the A-Z experience for busy business professionals who want to find laser targeted leads, set up spam-proof mail servers, ensure their brand is completely safe, write copy that is highly personalized, and targeted to each recipient, with a unique landing page being sent to each lead referencing that person or that company's objectives. All the while automating the entire process and being able to do it en masse' with behaviour based follow ups. That's why as great as GuessBox the web app is, you haven't seen anything yet until you let me personally find you the contact details (and much more) of your ideal audience, set up all the technical stuff to ensure your emails only land in your prospect's inbox, and finally copywrite, follow-up and send out your B2B cold email campaign.Average results after four stages speak for themselves:Deliverability rates: 90%+Open rates: 80%-85%Response Rates: 50%-60% Positively Geared Responses: 30%+Conversions: 12%-15%Keep in mind these are on COLD email campaigns. Growth LeadRailer Jan 2022 - Mar 2022This role has been like no other. It thrust me into a completely new industry and I'm so grateful that it did. Primarily because one starts to quickly realize that it is sometimes best to return to basics. All of the fancy things I had done in my past, whilst useful weren't necessarily time / benefit productive in the short term.Consequently, I was required to double down on what I know best, A handful of projects given strict focus and attention through this incredible growth that the firm has been experiencing. 21.02.2022- Eric 'Rick' Azizian

Head Of MarketingHashching Dec 2018 - Aug 2019Chatswood, New South Wales, AuAs Head of Marketing, I was required to oversee and manage all junior marketing teams and growth initiatives, whilst strategising ideas for longer term growth, and what form that may take. A day in my life would involve meeting with C-Level executives about short & long term growth ideas and the best ways upon which to execute on those ideas subject to labour and financial capital available. Meanwhile, I would also be having discussions with the marketing team directly pointing out relevant KPIs and what our objectives were for each week, month and quarter. During my initial days @ HashChing I dramatically cut expenditure on products and services by tapping into 13+ year knowledge of the digital market and what tools and services were available and could be used as cheaper alternatives. For example: switching the company from using expensive pieces of (at the time) unnecessary email marketing software which cost $1,500+ / month to an equivalent (if not better) piece of third party software for $30 / month & $140 / month. Additionally, between December - February by running a targeted data driven ad campaign through Facebook, Google & Co I reduced cost per lead from $150+ to under $55. And much much more... -
Demand Generation ManagerPoweredlocal Feb 2018 - Jul 2018Prahran, Vic, AuWorking on data management and manipulation in order to create efficient systems for outbound email marketing. I create B2B email campaigns using cutting edge technology and set up sequences to reach the most relevant prospects. In my first two weeks I built and coded sophisticated Google sheets functions and bots. All with the intention of simplifying the data gathering and verification processes. By setting up replicable reporting measures I was able to make optimizations to email copy and campaign based on the responses of my recipients.I regularly work with a number of different APIs to create seamless integrations of our data both current and future.More to come soon... -
Growth ArchitectFlippa Nov 2015 - Jan 2016Cremorne, Victoria, AuDuring my time at Flippa I was focused on leading the growth hacking team, and conducting data driven experiments to help facilitate day-to-day growth. A lot of my role was based around trying to find quick wins, and optimizations in the existing set of processes prior to moving onto the next set.Within one month, Flippa had a new on-page acquisition channel set up, which was linked to a 5 step email series. The aim of this being to increase the rate of email subscribers to active users.A 'website pricing calculator' was also built out as an upsell to becoming the industry leader in that niche and driving new traffic to the marketplace. -
FounderSoftware Syndicate Jan 2007 - 2016Update August 2018: As of this stage Software Syndicate runs as a software development agency with clients for whom we build complex automation systems involving big data, programmatic media buying and whatever scope is presented to us. I run a 5 person development team ready to work with web, desktop or mobile apps. Additionally, as you'll find out below we are constantly developing new software in the automation space to give businesses an edge over their competitors (no matter which marketing channel they choose). ---Between 2007-2013, I personally managed and released seven products which have brought in a combined profit of $400,000+ USD (all fitting into the four-hour work week model). In the space of the 11 years that this company has been live, I've taken 12+ businesses from idea, to execution to exit, and grew from a 15 year old script kiddie to an well experienced, cross functional expert in all things marketing & web. More importantly, I realize as the quote goes, "the more I know, the more I realize I don't know..." so I'm humbled by the fact that technologies are ever changing, though I'm confident in my fundamental ability to learn, internalise and apply new things successfully. In 2010, I led a five man sales team and two man development to promote and develop the release of our latest product. For a period of time, this product was one of the biggest sellers in the online marketing communities.Later in the same year, we helped popularize a music application from 1,000 users to over 500,000 in the space of a month and managed to create a viral storm on major news outlets. In 2011, I opened up an additional consultancy, and freelance department in the company which specialized in taking clients one on one, and assisting them with online (and offline) marketing strategy. During 2012-2013 I turned a $50 idea into a $5,000 and later $10,000 / month business by utilizing the then growing popularity of Pinterest and Tumblr as marketing channels.

Founder & CeoPinpioneer Jun 2012 - Apr 2014When Pinterest was first finding its footing I came up with an idea for an marketing automation software to be used for businesses. Two weeks from having the idea, I launched the product (total expenditure was $50 at this point). Launch day saw us make $5000. This continued for the next year or so, rising to over $7,000 USD at one point. Total expenditure on the app was $50, $70 and by the end around $1,000. Though it had already made $50,000+ USD at this point, particularly when bundled up with another app I made at the same time for Tumblr called TumbleForce. What did these apps do? A next generation Pinterest marketing application/service with links to Facebook and Twitter. Focuses in giving businesses a new way of increasing their social media presence through an unlimited supply of high quality content, optimized and uploaded to their primary social media platforms. Helpful for building user engagement, increasing traffic and sales. Within a year PinPioneer has grown to be a market leader in the Pinterest space, outranking, and outselling all existing competitors.

Co-FounderMulve Aug 2011 - Dec 2013In mid 2011 whilst residing in London, I reached out to a friend of mine who had developed what I thought was a fundamentally cool version of a music discovery app. Highlights:* I convinced him that we could redevelop it together and release it to the public.* We became partners and I created the inner GUI for the app along with all the graphics and social media related information.* At launch (August 2011) we had around 1,000 users. By September 2011 I had managed to get Mulve into the eyes of the media and it was sitting around a comfortable 500,000+ active user base and was growing at an additional 50,000 new users per day!* Zero dollars were spent on marketing. Instead I made use of what I call a 'Multi-Tiered PR System' which tries to break a story by first getting lower traffic news outlets to talk about your company. Conclusion:* We were contacted by @Thumbplay with a $2 million buy out offer, or a 50 % / 50% revenue split. * Due to some unfortunate events the deal could not be signed by me.* The app was later released to the public free of charge, and can technically still be used today!
