Spearheaded a development research project for the city of Yinchuan by proposing possible measures to undertake in transforming the city from a Tier 3 into a Tier 1 city by 2030, #yinchuan1st2030.

I worked as a freelance consultant in strategic project management and business advisory to assist organizations in realizing their forecasted strategic roadmap. Companies include:1. Rocket Internet MalaysiaHeaded the planning, coordination and structuring of the upper management division while setting in place various departments (i.e. Procurement, Sales, Marketing and Human Resources) to initiate the company’s operations. Responsibilities include strategizing and leading the talent management by engaging with recruitment agencies and negotiating terms of contract while organizing and planning the organizational structure, initiating work processes and overseeing operations. E-commerce sites launched: Zalora, Lazada, Home24 and Foodpanda.2. Iskandar Malaysia Information CenterLed the project team in aggregating and implementing investment portfolio content for prospective investors that is displayed in the information center as part of the Southern Economic Corridor Program. The project development included 24 information kiosks with various investment portfolios, 4 multi-touch interactive panels and 2 games applications on Southern Johor.3. KPJ HospitalDesigned and proposed an interactive operating theater system that features live connection to lecture rooms via the internet. The system includes a Self-Check-In system for outpatients, a 3 dimensional display on operating subject and a live consultation session from the medical lounge.4. ProlintasPlanned and managed a gesture display with interactive traffic games which allow multiple users at any given time. This system allows visitors to exchange business cards via touch-drag-drop and email directly to the recipient.5. Minority Shareholder Watchdog GroupPlanned and managed a video production outlining the need and importance of Good Corporate Governance for Corporate Malaysia.

Worked with a team of project managers responsible of designing and setting up datacenters for telecommunication service providers, this includes AT&T, Macquarie Telecom, CPCNet, T-Systems and V-Telecom. Also supported the business development team as the technical consultant to carry out technical evaluations, propose solutions and site inspections to justify new datacenter projects.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, implementing and maintaining test procedures based on 6 Sigma methodology and manufacturing wide standards. Coordinated test procedures across Jabil Malaysia, Jabil Hungary, Jabil China and Jabil Mexico plants. The position requires maintenance of system networks and test optimization for network equipment, implementation of an environmental stress screening process, inspection on the quality assurance of the overall test process and performs correlation studies based on sequence of Design for Test (DfX).
