Designed and managed a Shared Services Center (SSC) for 10 North American subsidiaries (USA & Canada). Directed team of 70 (out of which 10 managers). Directed interfacing processes between the SSC and the NA Division through a contractual relationship sustained by the completion of Service level Agreement documents.
