Provide leadership and framework to analyze needs, define solutions, and resolve critical issues. Accountable for overall success of projects, from initial definition of goals through budgeting, planning, status reporting, and on time and within budget delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to define and implement technologies and best practices to increase efficiency. Oversee team of 3-5 supporting 250+ users.

Requested and chosen by leadership to oversee a major turnaround of infrastructure and operations supporting key program focused on identifying, analyzing, and characterizing genetic alterations associated with cancer susceptibility and development.
