Co-founded a Quebec-based wine agency in 2008, which rapidly expanded its market presence. Secured the first major account with Costco to grow their wine category in Quebec, followed by expansion into Japan and the USA. Led the launch of 16 new wine SKUs with Sobeys Quebec in 2018, followed by an additional 40 SKUs the next year. Developed distribution channels in the eastern U.S., reaching over 500 independent grocery stores from North Carolina to Florida. Our growth exceeded 100% annually until operations were halted due to the Covid lockdowns.- Headed sales and customer service teams (50 to 100 staff).- Responsible for hiring, training and day-to-day work relations- Led IT and technology advancements.- Managed sponsorship and event logistics for GP3R (Grand Prix of Trois-Rivières) for two years, collaborating with Jacques Villeneuve, and worked on NASCAR events in the U.S.- Oversaw P&L projections.
