I'm a seasoned IT Senior Systems Engineer and team leader. I'm an expert in Office 365, email systems, managed file transfer and enterprise Active Directory design and implementation.As a Senior Systems Engineer at Skillsoft, I have been involved in implementing the global email systems, designed and implemented SharePoint farms for the companies Intranet and Extranet environments, Office 365 Hybrid deployment and migration and have designed and implemented various managed file transfer systems to support the movement of Large Data (Audio, Video) globally.Although I have a primary title, I wear many hats within my position, which includes creating, designing, implementing and supporting whatever solutions best fit the business requirements and needs.Actual experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following:-I've been within the IT realm for over 25 years.-Technology and solutions change and evolve, and so do I!-I have a "top down" vision when assessing any system or situation. This allows me to better assess the proper solution and/or troubleshoot a given issue.
