Eric is a dual degree graduate of the Boston University School of Law where his studies were concentrated in commercial and taxation law. Mr. Belanger possesses over twenty years’ experience representing entrepreneurs and business enterprises across a broad spectrum of industries. He regularly provides legal counsel regarding the creation of complex contractual arrangements including organizational and management structuring, equity and debt financing; mergers and acquisitions; strategic alliances; executive compensation; and intellectual property licensing. Upon completion of his law degrees, Mr. Belanger joined the Business Practice Group of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, an early leader in private equity and technologies focused legal practice, where he represented clients in negotiating and managing private placement of securities transactions, venture fund formations, and all variety of commercial relationships. In 2003, Mr. Belanger co-founded Belanger and Rampenthal LLC, later rebranded EndeavorLegal, a boutique law practice committed to the legal advocacy of business-minded individuals, ‘Start-Up’ and growth-oriented ventures, as well as the traditional small business model. From planning and formation, through funding and each further stage of business development, including exit strategies, Mr. Belanger strives to be his clients’ long-term professional partner in forging winning results through innovation, high-level legal acumen, and common business sense.Attorney Belanger received a BA (1995) from Boston University, and a JD (1999), with a concentration in Business Organization and Finance Law, and Master of Law in Taxation Law (2000) from Boston University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts (1999) and New York (2011).
