Responsible for a variety of business functions contributing to the efficiency, effectiveness and overall growth of TECC Security Systems, Inc. Emphasis placed on developing strategic priorities, goals and objectives; while providing day-to-day leadership and management ensuring strong operational systems and procedures, quality control, customer care, and financial strength. Additional areas of responsibility include marketing and human resource support.

Promoted to Discipleship Pastor to champion the central discipleship strategic efforts of Crossroads Church across multiple (4) campuses. Emphasis placed on: creating relational experiences, open communication, overseeing our connection process, growing our small group ministry by serving our small group leaders, aligning goals, developing a volunteer leadership pipeline, and eliminating ministry complexity.

Promoted to newly created role of Campus Pastor at our main campus, with average weekly attendance of 1,600. The role of Campus Pastor is to oversee the life and direction of Crossroads Church: Woodbury Campus, under the direction and leadership of the Senior Pastor. This requires a firm grasp of the beliefs, values and strategy of Crossroads and the ability to align staff and key leadership teams with its mission, vision and values. The Campus Pastor offers pastoral leadership to the campus, with an emphasis on: providing staff leadership, overseeing guest services, ensuring weekend excellence, executing strategy, and networking into into the community.

Responsible for ensuring the spiritual growth and development of our middle school program (grades 6-8) with average weekly attendance of 220+ students. This includes leadership of weekly programs and special events, frequent speaking and teaching, recruiting and training volunteers (50+), developing an annual calendar, open communication with parents and strong collaboration with the strategic initiatives of our Family Ministries.
