Eric is currently on tour with PwC's National Quality Organization as part of the Auditing Services team. In this role, Eric works to drive internal quality initiatives and supports audit engagement teams across the country as they navigate complex auditing/accounting situations and regulatory inspections.Prior to joining the Auditing Services team, Eric was a Director in PwC's Birmingham, AL Trust Solutions (audit) practice. In addition to other internal and client serving roles, Eric is the lead engagement manager for one of Birmingham's premier, publicly-traded Healthcare organizations. As part of this role, Eric is responsible for planning and supervising various audit procedures over various healthcare specific and general business processes including patient revenue/accounts receivable, self-insurance, business combinations, investments, debt and PEFR. Prior to joining the Birmingham office in September 2015, Eric was part of PwC's Washington D.C. Banking and Capital Markets group where he provided assurance and accounting related advisory services to several of the premier Washington D.C. metro area based financial services entities primarily specializing in the appropriate accounting for mortgage banking (performing and non-performing), consumer lending, GSEs and Broker Dealers.Common Misspellings: Eric Berquist, Eric Berquest, Eric Burquist, Eric Burquest
