• Facilitated sourcing and business strategy for indirect and direct materials, performing capacity expansion analysis, program management, risk assessment, roadmap planning, as well as supplier relationship and performance management.• Developed a 5 year strategic sourcing plan as the leader of the Interconnect Material commodities cross-functional team. Collaborated with business groups to refine strategy, expand scope, and focus on mission-critical objectives.Executed strategy based on spend analysis and product/supplier knowledge resulting in negotiated price savings of $16M over 4 years as well as a 25% reduction in spend.
