In addition to the product design focus, Eric spearheaded the design system audit and roadmap proposal to gain traction with stakeholders. This work resulted in the prioritization of a design system and component library for Q1/Q2, 2023. Most touching was Eric's commitment to the design team health. Our design team is international and spread across three time zones which led, at times, to a perception of cultural divide. Eric and I would brainstorm ideas for overcoming a sense of isolation which he then took to action through activities like Fig[ma]jam and holiday game time.
