As President of the company, I do a lot of things – every day is different, challenging, and fulfilling. As a member of our firms' executive leadership team, I help to drive corporate operations, strategy, sales/marketing, channel partnerships, HR, finance, capital raising, product management, and engage our team of talented economists and engineers for the broader goals of making the world a better place. Our work is global. Part of my mandate is to lead our talented team towards two key areas:1. Operate our software business: direct our economic research, software development, sales/marketing, channel partnerships, and customer success teams to support our leading global suite of real estate SaaS products focused on economic and financing valuation for project design, capital planning and asset valuation. Also, as Chief Economist I wear the hat to lead our data and analytics group including large scale data collection and analysis including macro/microeconomic, risk analysis, sociodemographic, climate data, ecosystem services, and discount cash flows, amongst others. 2. Operate our advisory business: generate opportunities and manage bespoke economic advisory engagements on complex infrastructure and real estate investments, projects and policies to encourage more sustainable and resilient outcomes – better value for money, mitigated hazards, decarbonization, investment allocation, and stakeholder buy-in. Clients are leading asset owners such as governments, global architecture-engineering consultancies (AEC's), developers, utilities, non-profits, and investors.My experience is based on over a decade in the infrastructure and real estate world and previous to that, several years in the capital markets at a boutique management consultancy - leading engagements and analytics in the global investment banking, institutional equity, and fixed income markets, where clients included institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Royal Bank of Canada, BMO, TD Bank, etc.

Typical consulting projects include quantifying costs vs. benefits of proposed programs or projects, economic impact assessment, risk management and forecasting in diverse areas including public policy, energy, healthcare and transportation.
