Eric Blanchetete is an executive who has extensive experience in the Central & Eastern European financial services industry. Since June 2015, he has served as CEO of Digital Finance International (24000 staff, 25 countries), a financial services company based in Moscow part of Finstar Financial Group. From 2011 till 2015, he served as President of Paxton Equity a consultancy firm specialized in Banking and financial services around the World (Armenia, Mongolia, Serbia...)Previously, from 2006 to 2011, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Findomestic Banka Serbia, a Serbian subsidiary of BNP Paribas group and the largest consumer lender in the country. In addition, from 2007 to 2010, Mr Blanchetete served on the strategy committee of BNP Personal Finance Russia, where he was part of the team that set up the operations of the bank in Russia. Previously, from 2005 to 2006, he held the role of Chief Executive Officer of ProstoFinance, the Ukrainian consumer finance subsidiary of Societe Generale Group, where he was actively involved in the setting up of the operations of the company. Mr. Blanchetete has been involved in the setting up of other Eastern European subsidiaries of Societe Generale Group including RusFinance, a Russian consumer finance bank with over 200,000 clients and served from 2001 to 2004 as Executive Director of Retail Banking at Societe Generale Srbija.
