EY acquired the Pangea3 business (aka TR Legal Managed Services) from Thomson Reuters. Along with my team, I moved over to add everything Pangea3 has to offer into the EY global platform. I was responsible for merging Pangea3 and Riverview Law into EY Legal Managed Services. EY Legal Managed Services offers contract lifecycle management, entity compliance and governance, and managed document review services. Our goal is help legal departments take a multi-disciplinary approach to department transformation.
