Responsible for 8,500 seat arena booking, operations, special events, operating budget, concessions, artist event advance, merchandise and ticket revenues which included an in-house staff of 11 and 300 seasonal employees. Managed the budget development of design for 10,000 seat amphitheater including the artist booking negotiations, furniture, fixture and equipment for marketing, operations and production.

•Member of operations team that constructed and brought online a new amphitheater in San Antonio, TX in a two-year period.
