In my role, I managed high-capacity volunteers who in-turn led teams to execute various functions of our weekly services, both in-person & virtual environments. I led our organization's communications team, overseeing our marketing & public relations functions. One project I'm most proud of in this role is the conceptualization and implementation of the “Capital Stories” podcast, a bi-monthly communications channel to hear from our members & learn from leaders in the community.

As Assistant Director, I led our Career Center's efforts in assessment & evaluation. Through overseeing a committee of other Career Services colleagues and supervising a student intern, I strove to ensure our practices are data-driven and aligned with strategic initiatives for our office and larger division of student affairs. In this role, I collaborated to increase first-destination knowledge rates and streamlined the process for data collection and sharing.

In this role, I coached students in their career ambitions by providing 1-1 guidance and by offering skills-based workshops and other educational career development opportunities.
