As Vice President, my primary responsibilities include business development, national client support, estimating support/coordination, and client services/engagement for Layton's National Building Group team with a focus on nationwide build programs. - Managed responsibilities in business development for the corporate construction group with a focus on large (repeat) nationwide corporate clients. Played an integral management and development role to secure over $500M in net new construction projects within the first 12 months. These projects were in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

- Awarded the prestigious Utah Governor’s Award for Leadership twice in both 2015 and 2016 which recognizes exceptional leadership and cooperative teamwork during an organizational management transition and outside audit.- Project Manager and primary point of contact for 94 individual corporate business recruitment/commercial projects accounting for nearly $1.89 billion in new state tax revenue, approximately 36,984 projected new jobs, and $3.69 billion in new capital investment. As Incentive Manager, I help large corporations grow here in Utah or move here from other states or abroad. I help rural businesses move out of the basement and on to main street. I have worked with Utah Film Commission when negotiating terms with movie companies to film feature films in Utah. I participate in economic gardening with the intent to grow major business clusters in Utah. I work diligently to make sure Utah remains Forbes #1 state for Business and Best Business Outlook in the future. I work hard for Utah and its residents. - Incentive consulting and government relations- Municipality Consulting concerning image, citizen connectivity, website design, and public opinion. - Worked with municipalities in Central and Southern Utah.

• Organized the campaign, marketing materials, and debt-analysis efforts for the successful passage of a general obligation bond election in Idaho, distributing over $9.2 million.• Created a statistical refunding analysis of general obligation debt for Idaho School Districts, compiling pertinent data relative to call features, premiums, negative arbitrage, and debt outstanding for over $1.32 billion in bonds outstanding. • Worked closely with bond attorneys, rating agencies, public officials, and underwriters on 5 separate financial transactions for Utah entities, totaling over $112 million in three months.• Created debt-analysis spreadsheets, marketing pamphlets, PowerPoints, and Bloomberg program reports for the successful bidding of 5 separate financial advisory proposals.
