As the Assembly lead duties included working with two assembly teams one with 5 employees and the other with 4. These duties included managing each teams involvement individually to moving employees around to maximize production to managing inventory. This would require utilization of the companies proprietary DBR system as well as Oracle. With these systems I could receive, start and complete jobs the team members had active. Additionally, in rotation with other leads performed daily transactions throughout warehouse to keep product from the foundry moving. Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings to improve quality and efficiency.

Run multiple machines depending on the day from a large cnc machine that drills and taps to a small mill that cuts teeth. Some automated and some more manual.
