Responsible for the product development and design for the FolioDynamix wealth management platform, supporting over $900 billion in assets, 3 million client accounts, and 85,000 users. I manage a team of product owners that drive execution of the strategic roadmap for all product segments including proposal generation, digital advice, modeling, trading, reporting, and third party integrations.

• Lead product manager and firm expert overseeing Pershing’s client facing mobile platform including: NetX360, for professional users; NetXClient, for investors; and internal enterprise apps• Responsible for the overall strategic direction, prioritization, implementation, execution, and continued support of the mobile platform• Oversee all marketing efforts related to the mobile platform including developing the overall messaging campaign, press releases and interviews, webinars, and interactions with industry analysts• Collaborate with clients, business, technology, and senior management on a daily basis to shape and validate the mobile strategy based on firm priorities, market research and client feedback• Coordinate enterprise wide mobile steering group comprising business units across BNY Mellon and Pershing• Successfully launched three new client facing mobile apps on iPad, iPhone and Android• Increased the active user base of NetX360 Mobile by over 200% while increasing revenue to over $500K annually• Awarded top ranking advisor app by InvestmentNews and best sell-side mobile initiative by Waters • Lead and participate in large-scale prospect and client strategic meetings, product demonstrations and RFPs• Represent the Pershing Technology team at Pershing and client sponsored conferences through speaking engagements on mobility and product demonstrations• Served as lead product manager for professional and retail trading capabilities• Implemented trailing stops functionality and a re-engineered order entry system for equities and fixed income• Completed Pershing’s rotational management training program, gaining exposure to every business unit• Serve on an internal committee to foster employee engagement and inclusion and partake in community partnership events as well as with new employee recruitment
