Working to support the Windows & Mac environment on campus with particular knowledge pertaining to Macs. Creating and maintaining labs on campus as well as VM systems.- Design & implement imaging for Mac's ranging from offices to graphic design and film video labs- Administer Mac servers for file sharing, wikis, blogs and caching service- Administer backup service for Mac servers using TimeMachine and Barracuda- Implement mobile device management for mobile devices and Macs on campus- Work with Apple to utilize the Volume Purchase Program and Device Enrollment Program- Develop help desk ticketing workflows through SysAid ticketing system- Administer Kace server for hardware and software inventory of campus technology- Setup and maintain cross-platform database server with FileMaker Server 13- Implement and administer lecture capture and streaming server through using Camtasia Relay- Provide training and support for help desk technicians- Assist & support one to one iPad initiative as part of iPad pilot to enhance teaching and learning- Develop and manage iPad carts for education, nursing and game design programs- Enable new teaching methods through deployment and support of 100+ Apple TV’s in classrooms- Engineer and maintain student run TV channel for displaying student content throughout campus- Document procedures and policies through internal wiki service- Work with faculty and staff to provide specialized solutions to enhance productivity and learning

Produce and facilitate local access programming. Scheduling and maintain the stations television programing. Assist volunteers with technical production needs along with working with volunteers to create new and creative programming. Maintain equipment and building, along with overseeing interns and non-staff personnel. Provide knowledge, training and insight into new technologies to be used at the station.- Transitioned station from analog to digital technology through new workflows and procedures involving digital cameras, editing and playback. - Implemented networked storage for office documents and editing media - Produced, shot and edited award winning promotional video that helped to fund a full renovation of the Athol Public Library- Produced and directed live coverage of 6 mile annual canoe race utilizing nine live camera crews including helicopter coverage- Directed annual two day fundraising auction- Produced and supervised recordings of Athol and Orange football games
