Eric set up his own Pan-European corporate finance / M&A boutique - Experium Capital Advisers - in Q4 2018. Experium advise corporates and private equity funds on sell-side, buy-side and capital raising and focus on the Retail, Consumer and Leisure sectors. Prior to setting up his own boutique Eric spent 2.5 years at Stifel Nicolaus Europe as a Director Retail, Consumer and Leisure. He was in charge of the origination and execution of M&A, Equity Capital Market and Debt Capital Market transactions in the UK and Continental Europe with a particular focus on French speaking countries, Germany, Italy and Spain. Prior to joining Stifel, Eric spent 18 months at Cantor Fitzgerald as a director and 6 years at HSBC Investment Banking where he was a Senior Vice President for the Retail and Luxury sector coverage team in London. Eric has advised both private equity and corporate clients and conducted a wide range of transactions in the broader Retail, Consumer and Leisure sector including buy-side, sell-side, IPO, LBO and pre IPO financing and dividend recapitalisation. Eric's sector expertise includes: Fashion, Luxury Goods, Skincare, Cosmetics, Health and Beauty, Online Retailing, Specialty Retailing, Crafts, Restaurants and Travel.His functional expertise includes: M&A, ECM, DCM, LBO, IPO, merger, private equity transactions, corporate finance transactions and advisory, deal origination, deal execution, private equity, capital raising, strategy, business development, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, strategy consultant and project management.
