Sell wood! First priority is to sell hardwood flooring and all the accessories necessary to help customers complete their flooring project. Load material, keep warehouse organized, order and receive materials, quote and order custom pieces, ensure all current promotions are displayed.

Manage all aspects of contract execution. Review and comply with all contract specifications. Purchase and inventory all required products. Ensure jobsite conditions meet manufacturer specifications. Comply with all job-site schedules. Hire, direct, and set payroll for all sub-contractors. Communicate with manufacturers, superintendents, designers, architects, technical advisers, etc. Negotiate and implement any charges for change orders for work outside the scope of the contract.

Deal directly with residential builders to supply necessary materials in a timely manner to the appropriate job sites. Estimate and price materials from residential blueprints, order any custom items (windows, doors, beams, etc.), arrange materials into "packages" to be delivered.
